Stress Management - The Ten Actors

AN ADVANCED PROACTIVE APPROACH TO STRESS MANAGEMENT

Stress is like a giant that always stalks us and casts its giant shadow upon all that we do. So we duck, avoid, run away, try to relieve ourselves from its destructive effects and somehow try find ways to cope.

Defensive stress techniques are valid and do help people. However, if stress is an enemy that keeps coming at you the best defense strategy may well be to take a proactive approach. Here are some questions concerning stress: Have we succumbed to stress as a way of life? Does stress detract and undermine our skill level? Does stress poison the environment in which we live and work? Are we able to employ new techniques to deal with stress or have we pretty much given up and settled to our current level as an optimal performance level?

The Thinking Coach knows that indeed there is another way and that people are much, much better than they think they are. The 10 ACTORS/ACTRESSES METHODOLOGY is a brilliant, unique, out of the box approach to combat stress while at the same time increase the natural skill level of the person in a progressive, steady and manageable way . It deals with the CAUSE of stress and not with the SYMPTOMS and therefore the seminar engages in deep and hands-on PROCESS. It is important to understand that this seminar is not a quick fix but rather a serious, long term development process that can catapult the serious executive to the next level and beyond.

Consider the following story: a man is running away from a fearful giant, he is running as fast as he possibly can, but the giant is gradually catching up with him. Just as the giant is about to grab the man, the man turns around and looks straight at the giant - something miraculous begins to happen - the giant begins to shrink and gradually retreats untill he disappears.
That's what the 10 ACTORS PROGRAM is designed to cause- look at stress straight and deal with it proactively by increasing your mental and emotionl capacity.

For maximum effectiveness 3 days of training are necessary to be followed by periodic maintenace monthly or bi-monthly.
