This program introduces important thinking tools that when applied make a collective thinking process a focused success rather than a dispersed effort that often goes nowhere.

Participants of a brain storming session must adhere to a set of principles and code of conduct that encourage the best of people to emerge without falling to the usual traps where the strong brain people take over and prevent valuable input from those who are less vocal and assertive.
