Seeing is Believing or Believing is Seeing?
Seeing is Believing. That’s simple enough to understand. You see something and you believe it exists. It’s a “show me” attitude. But what about creating a new reality by envisioning a situation that has not happened yet, believing it will happen, and willing it to happen?
There is an ancient wisdom that says, “For a wise person to think it is to cause it to happen.” Believing is Seeing is the ability to cause the future to appear ahead of time in your mind. That’s profound, yet totally within reach. It requires belief, pre-thinking and a vision.
Belief coupled with pre-thinking is a mover and a motivator that can lead to accomplishments that defy logic. The vision is the part that makes it tangible, and it is done by the good services of the right hemisphere of the brain.
What does it mean for you in your job? It means that if you believe in you, pre-think about yourself and what you wish to accomplish in positive and inspiring terms while envisioning your success. You will become much, much better than you ever thought you could become. If you follow the same system with others they will pick up on it and demonstrate capabilities they never thought they could have.
Believing is Seeing is the difference between mediocrity and excellence. It is the bridge between what you don’t have and what you want to have, between being a pioneer or a follower. Believing is Seeing happens to be a key ingredient in strategic thinking.
The best news is that any one can do it!
Can you believe that?
