Emotional Intelligence and Warmth Management
This program is divided to 2 distinct parts, which are integrated and imperative in harnessing the collective emotional and mental capital within the organization. E-motions, which in physics is known to be the movement of energy (E), are the powerful motor of the thinking capabilities, which influence the state of mind. It is a well known fact that if the emotions are disturbed, the ability to think is severly crippled, especially in business environment that has to deal with constant pressures. This fact is CATALYTIC in the work place where it is absolutely essential to have the right kinds of emotions and warmth present. This program, therefore, is empowering to self-belief, confidence building, creating warmth and open pathways of interaction between people and allowing natural flow of skills. It works well with the Team Building and Brain Storm seminar as it promotes sharing of mental strengths and demonstrates how to maximize the thinking talents.
1. Emotional intelligence- This is the most powerful moving commodity that a human has and it takes a particular training to bring forward the great intelligence associated with it. It is a confidence building methodology as well as harnessing the mental and emotional strengths of the person to tackle issues that are depleting of vital energies. The program focuses on the acquisition of self-discipline, self-motivation strategies, confronting self-doubts and personal insecurities, how to overcome objections, how to minimize the aspect of taking things personally, how to master the "I can" paradigm, how to harness will power, how to effectively use the strategy of EQUATING ECPECTATIONS to minimize conflicts and disappointments, how to develop the art of "finding a needle of yes in a haystack of no," and much more.
2. Warmth management- This part of the program focuses on means and ways of establishing pathways of warmth between people and between the different parts of the work force. Warmth, which is a natural quality can go a long way if it is understood to be a necessary commodity that promotes the best of people. There are definite means and ways that when incorporated into the work environment make a world of difference and contribute to the inspiration and willingness of people to go the extra mile. As the sun melts the freeze of winter and allows the buds of fresh growth to appear so does human warmth brings out willingness and hope in people. So yes, Warmth as necessary Strategy Of Stability at times of rapid paradigm shift!
